1 What is Listing Power Tools?

Fast, effective and affordable, Listing Power Tools is a membership-based real estate marketing solution for agents looking to stand out in their markets with property-specific print marketing, direct mail, and digital advertising. Our products and services have been designed to enhance listing presentations, increase exposure for listings, and generate buyer and seller leads for our members.


2 How much is membership?

Currently, Listing Power Tools offers two membership tiers — Basic and Pro. Basic membership is $99 per month and Pro membership is $199 per month.


3 What is included with my membership?

Every LPT membership includes a dedicated lead capture phone number, unlimited property text codes, and unlimited property-specific webpages. Members can also access and purchase our affordable print, direct mail, and digital marketing products.

4 What is the difference between LPT Pro and LPT Basic?

In addition to receiving everything included in an LPT Basic membership, LPT Pro members receive access to our Lead Generation Digital Campaign, Lead Communication Platform, Customizable Power Mail, Express Power Packs, and more. 5 How do I become a member?

You can become an LPT member by contacting our support staff at 855-208-9097.


6 Are there options for customization?

With a Listing Power Tools Pro membership, you can customize your marketing materials with a unique headline and tagline. The Pro membership also offers the option of printing your brokerage or team logo on the outside of your Power Pack box as a $5 add-on.


7 Can I add more than the initial three property photos?

You have the option to add up to 90 additional photos to your property-specific webpage.


8 Can more than one agent use a single membership?

LPT was created with the individual agent in mind and since each account has a unique lead capture number, we recommend one agent per account. If you operate a team or brokerage and are interested in multi-agent membership, LPT Enterprise could be the right choice for you.


9 How does the billing work for my account?

Your membership bill will process the day your account was created and recur monthly. Any product orders will be processed at the time of your purchase. You can update your billing details inside your account.


10 Where can I update my listing’s specific details, like the listing price?

You can edit all of your listing’s details by selecting “Edit Listing” under the “View Properties & Order” menu option.


11 Do I have to be a member to order materials?

Yes. Only active members can access their account and place orders.


12 Are there any contracts or commitments?

There are no long-term contracts or commitments, just your monthly membership cost.


13 Is my account linked to the MLS?

No, Listing Power Tools is not linked to any MLS.


14 How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your account, please call 855-208-9097.


15 Will I be charged if I don’t use my account for a month?

Yes. Listing Power Tools membership is subscription-based, so you will be charged whether you use the service or not.


16 What is an AR phone number?

Your AR (auto-response) number is your account’s lead capture line. Your AR phone number is unique to you and your account, and will be the primary lead capture mechanism for any/all orders you place with LPT. Your AR phone number will never change as long as you’re a member.


17 Can I choose my own AR phone number?

Although agents are not able to choose a custom AR number, you will be able to select your area code.


18 What is an AR Code?

Each listing you add inside your account will receive a unique, AR (auto-response) code. Every marketing piece you order for that property will feature that listing’s unique code, as well as your AR phone number, for efficient lead capture.


19 What is Smart ID?

Smart ID is an $20 add-on option for your Power Mail order. With Smart ID, each piece of mail we send includes a unique text code linked to the address that received the postcard. When an inquiry is made using the unique code, we will link those details with the mailing list and provide you with verified lead information. You will also have ability to download the mailing list used so that you can do additional follow-up.

21 Can I order Power Pack items individually?

At the moment, Power Pack items cannot be ordered individually.


22 Where will my Power Pack be shipped to?

We will ship your Power Pack to the shipping address you have entered inside your account. You can update this information at any time. There is a $4 additional shipping charge for delivery to residential addresses.


23 How do I view a proof of my Power Pack materials before ordering?

You will be able to review and approve the specific print items on the order page.


24 What is the Lead Communication Platform?

This Pro member feature provides a direct and immediate connection to inbound leads through three customizable and automated communication options — Power Connect auto-dialer, automated text message responses, and follow-up text message campaigns.
