1 What makes Listing Power Tools so affordable?

Listing Power Tools was created to be affordable, all-in-one marketing tools that agents on any budget could access. It was developed from the ground up using in-house resources to avoid having to associate with any third party costs. Since we do it all ourselves, we’re able to get the cost of our products at an unbeatable low price!


2 What is included in the monthly membership?

Our $35 monthly membership includes your own personal Text Enabled Phone Number with Text Capture 2.0 technology. No more shared lines or recycled codes (Text 1.0). This means that every lead goes straight to you! Along with your Personal Text Enabled Phone Number, you get complete access to our Power Packs, both Just Listed and Open House, as well as our Power Mail at an unbeatable low price!


3 What is Smart ID for Power Mail?

SmartID provides you with the power to know exactly who is interested in your listing. When you add SmartID to your Power Mail, each postcard comes printed with a unique text code that is linked to the specific address it was sent to. When an inquiry is received using SmartID, our system links that SmartID to provide the first and last name of the recipient as well as the address associated. You also receive an exclusive file containing the consumer’s data including their phone number (where available).


4 What are the quantities of each item in the Power Pack?

Our Power Pack includes the following:

  • 24 Large Flyers - 8.5 x11
  • 28 Small Flyers - 5x7
  • 42 Door Hangers - 3.85 x10.875
  • 12 Thank You Cards - 6x4 (folded)
  • 16 Postcards - 8.5 x5.75
  • 15 Folding Business Cards - 3.5 x2 (folded)
  • 20 Double Sided Business Cards - 3.5 x2

5 How did you come up with those quantities?

Our quantities are based on direct feedback from actual real estate agents like you! During our beta testing we pulled over 200 realtors to test out our product for free. Our numbers came from what worked best for them during the testing.


6 Can I order more of a particular item in the Power Pack?

Since we offer our Power Pack at such an unbelievable low price, your best choice for more quantities would be to order an additional Power Pack. We do not offer additional single item quantities at this time.


7 Are there options for customization? What about co-branding?

LPT is designed for single agent use at an affordable price which leaves no reason for co-branding. We do not offer customization at this time, but please join our mailing list for important updates on new features and products!


8 Can I add more interior pictures of my listing?

At this time we do not have a photo gallery option, however we are looking to provide that at a future release date. In the mean time, you are able to access and change the photos on your landing page at anytime.


9 Can I add my partner's photo and information to my Power Pack?

Our current system is only set up for individual agent use. Our pre-made templates are one of the reasons we are able to offer this amazing service at such a low price!


10 How can I be a part of the LPT Referral Program?

To join our referral program - from inside the LPT portal - click "referral" from the side navigation. You will then be provided with a link to share to friends. For each signup that uses your personal referral link, you will receive one month of membership for free (after 30 days).


11 Is there a "Just Sold" option?

Not currently. We recommend our “Just Listed” or “Open House” Power Packs to show your clients that you take their listing seriously and go above and beyond to market it. Imagine what your potential clients will think when they see you marketing a listing using every resource possible from the Power Pack and Direct Power Mail.


12 How and when will I be billed for membership, Power mail, and the Power Pack?

Your membership will be billed once a month on the date of sign-up with the credit card we have on file. During the check out process you are also able to add or select an alternate credit card for each Power Pack or Power Mail purchase.


13 How will I know my Power Mail has been delivered to the Post Office?

After you place your order, you will receive an email with your shipping status.


14 What address will my Power Pack ship to?

Your power pack will ship to the address you provided during checkout.


15 Can I choose the area code for my Auto Response Phone Number?

Yes, as part of the registration process, you will be prompted to enter an area code for the auto response number.


16 Can I brand the outside of the Power Pack?

At this time we are unable to offer this option. However, we are considering it for a future release and encourage you to sign up for our mailing list to receive important updates and future products.


17 Can I change my photos after I place an order for a new Power Pack?

Yes, you are able to change your photos at anytime however, if the order has already been processed, your new images will only reflect on the website. All printed images will come from the images that were uploaded before ordering.


18 Can I see a proof of the Power Pack or Power Mail before it ships?

You can envision your photos in the examples on the Power Pack page. This is an exact replica of how your photos and name will appear on our products. Please make sure to upload high-resolution photos.


19 Is LPT available nationwide?

Yes, LPT is available nationwide so refer your friends! Our Power Pack and Power Mail can be shipped to anywhere in the US.


20 Can I set up a secondary email address to receive lead alerts?

We are currently working on adding this option for a future release. Please join our mailing list to receive important updates about future products.


21 Do I have an option to pick up my Power Pack to avoid paying shipping charges?

Yes you are allowed to pick up your Power Pack from our Maitland, FL facility. This is currently our only open facility for pick up.


22 The sales price of my listing has changed. How do I update it?

You can update your sales prices by logging in to Listing Power Tools portal and clicking “View Properties” from the navigation. Then click on "edit listing" on the property you would like to edit.
